Profile
Our Technical Practice was established in 2001 by Civil Engineer Alexandros Demertzis, a graduate of the School of Engineering at the University of Patras. Since then, our continuous involvement in a wide range of engineering projects across all construction phases has consolidated our presence in the field, establishing a permanent clientele of private individuals and professionals (lawyers, real estate brokers, notaries, and property development firms).
Today, our practice is staffed by a permanent core team of three Civil Engineers, an Architectural Engineer, two Mechanical Engineers, and a Surveying Engineer. Furthermore, we maintain a broader network of external associate engineers and specialized technical contractors capable of fulfilling the demands of complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
